PRODUCTION & WORKSHOP
From a tested model to a customized solution.
Every year, up to 400 AMT Trailers roll out of our workshop in Randers. The vast majority are based on thoroughly tested standard models, which are subsequently adapted to the individual customer's needs and transport tasks.
Completion requires precision, overview and an efficient production flow. That's why our employees work closely together throughout the entire process – from initial construction to final quality control.

COMPLAINT
A clear process from first contact to completion.
When making a complaint about an AMT product, it is important that the process is agreed with MTDK before the repair is initiated.
IMPORTANT:
Complaints work may not be commenced without prior agreement, necessary documentation and a requisition number from MTDK.
1
Contact MTDK
Please first contact the workshop's foreman, Jørgen Fauerbye, if you have a complaint about your AMT product.
Phone: +45 23 24 25 21 · E-mail: jfa@mtdkas.com
2
The claim is assessed
MTDK assesses the complaint. If it is accepted, repair, renovation or replacement will be agreed either at our own workshop in Randers or at a relevant service partner.
3
Documentation before work starts
The repair shop must contact MTDK before work begins and document the expected time required, necessary parts and the detected fault.
The relevant parts must be documented with pictures, and the workshop must receive a requisition number before work begins.
4
After the repair
Replaced parts must be returned to MTDK for inspection. Parts supplied by MTDK will be credited upon receipt and approval of the replaced parts.
Remember the documentation
If a warranty repair is initiated without prior agreement, documentation and requisition, the repair may be rejected as a warranty and thus be at the customer's own expense.
