2005
MTDK is founded
Morten Tang establishes MTDK on Engelsholmvej in Randers with experience from workshops, engineering, sales and the transport industry.
2013
Jørgen Richter becomes co-owner
Jørgen Richter, head of the technical department, becomes part of the ownership group and strengthens the company's technical foundation.

Administration, warehouse, workshop and production halls are all located at one address close to the E45.

THE FOUNDER
The transportation industry has always been a part of Morten Tang.
Morten grew up as the son of a truck driver and, even as a young man, spent much of his time tinkering, repairing, and learning the craft.
He then worked as a foreman, technician, body builder, salesman and purchaser, among other things, before founding MTDK in 2005. This practical experience still shapes the way the company develops transport equipment today.
