MTDK Service
We take good care of our customers with a 24-hour emergency service throughout Europe – both during the warranty period and throughout the product's lifetime if service assistance is needed.
At MTDK, it is a top priority that our customers can always get assistance with service and emergency repairs, no matter where in Europe they are. Should problems arise, our warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
In addition to our own workshop in Randers and a solid network of partners in Denmark, MTDK A/S has established a comprehensive emergency service program through the European Breakdown Service. The program includes a 24-hour emergency call center that is ready to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout Europe and Scandinavia.

Nødservicekort
Med hver AMT Trailer følger et nødservicekort, der giver adgang til 24-timers nødservice i hele Europa – både i garantiperioden og til servicehjælp gennem transportenhedens levetid uden for MTDK's normale åbningstid.
Ved problemer står vores værksted i Randers samt vores netværk af samarbejdspartnere i hele Europa og Skandinavien klar til at hjælpe med service og nødreparationer.

Udlevering af nødservicekort
Når du modtager et nyt AMT-produkt, medfølger et nødservicekort specifikt til køretøjet. Kortet har et unikt identifikationsnummer på bagsiden. For nødservice, almindelige reklamationer eller reparationer i dagtimerne, skal du altid kontakte MTDK A/S på telefon +45 87 10 00 36.

Brug af nødservicekortet
Hvis du har brug for hjælp uden for normal åbningstid, eller hvis du ikke kan få kontakt med MTDK A/S, skal du ringe til nødtelefonen på +45 70 23 70 43. Her skal du oplyse dit personlige kundenummer fra kortet samt detaljer om problemet, registreringsnummeret, kundenavn, telefonnummer og din geografiske placering.

Udførelse af nødservice
MTDK A/S sørger for hurtig hjælp ved at henvise til det nærmeste værksted eller sende en servicevogn, der kan udføre den nødvendige nødservice. Vi sikrer, at du nemt, hurtigt og problemfrit kan fortsætte din transport.

Our carefully selected partners for handling complaints ensure that they have the necessary components in stock as well as the right knowledge and training within braking systems and EBS systems, which are standard on all AMT Trailers.

We prioritize nationwide service for all delivered AMT Trailers during the warranty period, which covers 1 year from the first registration date.
