We take good care of our customers with a 24-hour emergency service throughout Europe – both during the warranty period and throughout the product's lifetime if service assistance is needed.
At MTDK, it is a top priority that our customers can always get assistance with service and emergency repairs, no matter where in Europe they are. Should problems arise, our warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery.
In addition to our own workshop in Randers and a solid network of partners in Denmark, MTDK A/S has established a comprehensive emergency service program through the European Breakdown Service. The program includes a 24-hour emergency call center that is ready to help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout Europe and Scandinavia.

Emergency service card
Every AMT Trailer comes with an emergency service card that provides access to 24-hour emergency service throughout Europe – both during the warranty period and for service assistance throughout the life of the transport unit outside of MTDK's normal opening hours.
If problems arise, our workshop in Randers and our network of partners throughout Europe and Scandinavia are ready to help with service and emergency repairs.

Issuance of emergency service cards
When you receive a new AMT product, an emergency service card specific to the vehicle is included. The card has a unique identification number on the back. For emergency service, general complaints or repairs during daytime hours, you should always contact MTDK A/S by phone +45 87 10 00 36.
Using the emergency service card
If you need help outside normal opening hours, or if you cannot contact MTDK A/S, please call the emergency number on +45 70 23 70 43. Here you must provide your personal customer number from the card as well as details about the problem, registration number, customer name, telephone number and your geographical location.
Performing emergency service
MTDK A/S provides quick assistance by referring you to the nearest workshop or sending a service truck that can perform the necessary emergency service. We ensure that you can continue your transport easily, quickly and without any problems.
Workshops and service partners
We prioritize nationwide service for all delivered AMT Trailers during the warranty period, which covers 1 year from the first registration date.
Our carefully selected partners for handling complaints ensure that they have the necessary components in stock as well as the right knowledge and training within braking systems and EBS systems, which are standard on all AMT Trailers.
