Job in technical department
The employees in the technical department share a logical and practical approach to the tasks, often based on a background as an engineer or designer. The working day is typically conducted in English or German and offers a wide range of tasks, including design, calculation, quotation work and documentation. Each employee has their own area of responsibility and works closely with suppliers throughout Europe. To thrive in the technical department, you must be able to maintain an overview, take initiative and at the same time support the team.
Job in warehouse
Experience from the automotive or trucking industry is an advantage, but the most important qualification is a positive approach and attitude to work. At the warehouse, we value employees who do things properly and with care. Training in MTDK's systems is done through peer training, so you quickly become familiar with the work routines.
Job in workshop
A background as a blacksmith or mechanic gives you a good starting point for a career in the workshop at MTDK. Through apprenticeship training, you will specialize in trailer construction, and we provide ongoing training. This can include courses in the basic principles of brake construction, so that you are equipped to deliver the best craftsmanship.
Jobs in sales/administration
If you thrive on a fast pace and versatile tasks, sales and administration at MTDK could be something for you. An exciting and challenging everyday life awaits you in a growing company. You must be able to keep many balls in the air, be structured and good at both IT and communication.
